General Terms and Conditions METAFORUM international Ltd.

1. Booking and Payment

A booking can only be made by filling in the online registration form on our website www.metaforum.com and is legally binding. Registrations will be considered in the order in which we receive them and will be confirmed in writing. Payment is due upon issuance of the invoice.

2. Waiting list 

Once a course is fully booked, we will start a waiting list. To facilitate planning for everyone involved and to ensure that the event runs smoothly, we would ask you to book early. For the camps this means no later than four weeks before the camp begins and for other seminars no later than 15 days before the seminars start.

3. Cancellations by you

A cancelation or a rebooking is possible. Cancelation of a legally binding registration must be done in writing and is subject to a cancelation fee of € 50 if you do not find a person to replace you.

If your interests change after you have completed a legally binding registration for one of our programs, we can rebook you for another METAFORUM program in the same camp or in the same series of coaching programs that you registered for, provided we still have places free in the replacement course. A rebooking is subject to a rebooking fee of € 25.

For hotel and flight fees, the conditions of the hotels and airlines apply in the case of a cancelation. The closer the departure date, the higher the fees. We recommend taking out travel cancelation insurance at your local insurance agent or at your travel agency.

4. Cancellations by us

If a seminar or course does not take place, we will reimburse the payment made for that seminar, or if you wish, book another seminar for you. Further claims may not be asserted.

5. Non-warranty

METAFORUM is not responsible for any damage to property or health on the trip to the seminar, the return trip, or during the seminar, or for any loss of valuable items. Participants who are currently in therapy should consult with their therapist and METAFORUM in advance in order to determine whether participation in a seminar is advisable. The seminar is not a substitute for psychiatric or medical treatment. Each participant is responsible for him or herself and for his/her own actions within and outside the seminar environment.

6. International payments

Bank fees for international money transfer are to be paid by the seminar participants.

8. Discount

School and university students, unempoyed people, and couples are eligible for a dicount of 10%. Discounts cannot be combined, and certain seminars may be excluded from a discount.

9. Proviso

All statements are made on the basis of our present state of knowledge and subject to change.
