INTEGRATIVE COACHING

As a development-oriented accompanying process of individuals and groups, Coaching can be based on different structures and methods. Our aim is to make the principles of the most important and most effective individual methods available for you and we allow for the integration of these methods into a comprehensive, holistic system of order. This will lead you to a new level of competence. We will use advanced models of NLP, Systemic Short-Term Therapy and Constellation Work. We offer this training in two parts of 9 days each, which you may book separately or as one.
Part 1: Neuro-Linguistic Coaching
February 1st to 10th, 2009

Certification
At the successful completion of their training, all participants are certified by Metaforum - Academy for Integrative Communication as a "Systemic Coach". Furthermore, there are the following possibilities of certification by other institutes:

ECA:
The training corresponds with the guidelines of the ECA (European Coaching Association). Upon fulfillment of additional conditions (see www.eca-online.de), the graduates can be licensed by the ECA as a "professional coach" or "professional business and management coach".

DVNLP:
If participants have already completed their NLP Master Practitioner, certification as a DVNLP Coach is possible. This requires additional work, such as writing a paper that will be credited towards a degree, managing a practice and supervision (see www.dvnlp.de).
The certification fee amounts to 25 € / 30 $.

Our training furthermore meets the standards of the "International Association of Coaching-Institutes", where a certification as Coach or Master Coach is possible (if you have completed a NLP Master degree) (see www.coaching-institutes.net).
