Once again, an extraordinary program with offerings in the fields of coaching, constellation work, NLP, hypnotherapy and intercultural competence is waiting for you in an intercultural atmosphere.

The venue is the beautiful ecological resort Paineiras – a former monastery in the middle of the hilly Atlantic Rain Forest, only 80 minutes from Rio de Janeiro.

COURSE OF EVENTS

The 3-week training sessions start on February 1st at 10:00 a.m. From Saturday afternoon on, the weekends are at your own disposal. All programs end on February 20th at noon. We offer several flight options for participants travelling from Germany. There is also the possibility to extend your stay in Brazil by arriving earlier or staying later.

Some training programs consist of two parts of nine days each, which you may book separately or as one. As before, a complete NLP or Coaching Training with international certification requires attendance of all 18 days of training. It is possible to do this in successive years.

Based on last years experiences, we expect about one half of all participants to come from the German-speaking parts of Europe and the other half from Brazil and other countries. This ratio may, however, vary from one group to another. This opens up the possibility for intercultural exchange and personal access to Brazil and its people.

Special Events

In addition to the courses, a cultural program will be offered. It will allow you to immerse yourself into our host countrys culture:

Dancing lessons: samba, forro, lambada and other dances
Peruvian Shamanism in the tradition of the Inca people
Beginners course in Portuguese
Selected presentations by Brazilian experts
Classical concerts
Capoeira, the Afro-Brazilian martial art
Aikido classes in the morning
As well as various optional activities, such as hiking, riding, swimming, excursions to Rio, the neighbouring towns and more

Daily Schedule

On weekdays, a typical day will look as follows:

09:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Morning program in the seminar groups
12:30 p.m. - 03:30 p.m. Lunch break and integrational time
03:30 p.m. - 06:45 p.m. Afternoon program in the seminar groups
07:00 p.m. - 08:30 p.m. Dinner

from 08:30 p.m. Presentations, cultural events, work groups or interchange and leisure time
Refreshment- and coffee breaks have been taken into account in the schedule.

Working Methods and Languages

Our aim is to convey the contents of our courses creatively so that each one is a uniquely individual experience. With that end in mind, we offer versatile demonstrations, exercises, application examples, as well as periods for relaxation and constructive exchange. The participants will be supported in all training sessions by seminar assistants and can review the sessions together in supervised groups.

Our three-week training sessions are directed by an international trainer team and each training group has one or two contact trainers.

The trainers teach in English, German or Portuguese. There is interpretation into each one of these languages.

SYSTEMIC NLP

In NLP, you encounter a system of principles and methods for personal change, successful communication and transformative learning. The name indicates the fusion of experience, communication and behaviour. We interpret the term as follows:

Neuro- sensual perception
Linguistic linguistic expression and exchange

Process Development designing and accompanying of processes of change

For years now, we have been enhancing the methods and models of NLP and look at them from a systemic point of view. The formerly used term "programming" for "P" in NLP was not doing justice to this way of thinking and working.

Systemic NLP examines the reciprocal relations among fundamental aspects of life as they affect each other. This includes relations among:

thinking, acting and perceiving
experiences of the past, present and future
expression, language and experience
subconscious and conscious aspects
values, beliefs, abilities, self-image and affiliation
human beings in teams, families and other social systems

From all this we derive effective models for personal development and communication with others. In our work, we include principles of systemic therapy, neurology as well as cybernetic process models.
