Systemic Structure Constellations – Basic Course
July 30th to August 3rd, 2007

Within the framework of this Basis Course, you will be introduced to the different forms of constellations and learn how to apply them to topics in coaching, mediation, supervision and consulting.

The model of Systemic Structure Constellations, which was developed by Insa Sparrer and Matthias Varga von Kibéd, allows for the simulation and modification of relationship patterns of any kind, i.e. in families, psychosomatic contexts and in organizations.

In Systemic Structure Constellations groups of people are deployed to model and modify the structure and change the dynamics of a system. Based on the astonishing possibilities of representative perception, this method can be used in therapy, counselling and coaching, mediation and supervision, to encourage creative processes, etc.

The Systemic Structure Constellations can be seen against a clear syntactic and theoretical background with references to therapy, solution-oriented work, sculpture work (Satir) as well as systemic constellations. The content of the course will be taught very vividly, employing not only theoretical explanations but also demonstrations and group exercises.

This course will introduce you to the basics of the grammar of Systemic Structure Constellations. The first two days of the training are also part of our "Systemic Coaching" training. On these two days, Insa and Matthias will teach together, on the others days, they will take turns.

Some of the topics that will be covered:

  • introduction to the basics of theory and practice of Systemic Structure Constellations
  • theory and practical application of the following types of constellations:
  • constellation of conflicts
  • Tetralemma constellation
  • constellation of a suppressed topic
  • solution constellation

  • constellation of a team structure

The training will be translated into English (over headphones).
