In the Trainer training you will broaden your teaching and communication skills. Authenticity and the growth of the trainer personality are the main focus of this seminar.
This entails respect for oneself and other people and their models of the world. The symbol for communicative skills is not the stage of the perfect presenter but the circle of community. The NLP trainer sees her-/himself as part and sponsor of this circle.

RECOGNIZING AND DESIGNING GROUP PROCESSES

- group interaction and rapport with groups
- utilizing group events
- basics of process moderation
DEVELOPING PROGRAMS AND TRAININGS
- basic didactic skills
- humanistic teaching and learning
- training phases and learning dynamics
- seminar and exercise design
PRESENTATION AND TRAINER SKILLS
- personal congruence
- using of voice, gestures, body and space
- using humor, provocation, metaphors
- dealing with disturbances, objections and questions
- presenting effectively and coherently

THE ART OF PRESENTATION
- use of language
- Meta programs

Presentations
Before the training, the participants select a topic in coordination with Metaforum. On this topic they prepare a 30-minute evening presentation, which they will give in front of a larger audience. This continues through the three weeks in the camp with different practice-oriented tasks, such as supervision of work groups of participants from other trainings.
Several small presentations and executive duties, in which knowledge of NLP contents and methods is required, are also part of the training. A seminar design will be developed as a written work.

2nd Future Congress for
Personal and Systemic
Development - "Pathways of Change"
The program of the Future Congress complements the seminar program of the
second week on Friday night and Saturday morning. Therefore, the work in the
seminar groups will pause on Saturday morning. Participants will attend the
Congress presentations instead. Participation in the Future Congress until
Saturday noon will, therefore, be free of charge for all participants who have
booked a program in the second week of the Summer Campus.
