Robert Dilts is a leading innovator, trainer and author in the field of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. He developed what has become known as “‘Systemic NLP’ – 3rd Generation NLP”. The “neuro logical levels of learning and change” and the coaching approach “from coach to awakener” are but two of his important contributions to the development of NLP that have been widely integrated into NLP trainings.
Roadmaps for a changing world is a program which includes models for becoming conscious and prepared for dynamic complexity.
In today’s rapidly changing world, we are faced with less stability and security. Many patterns of thought and behavior that used to work in the past are no longer appropriate for the present or the future.
While we can neither prevent nor truly control transition and transformation in our lives, we have to learn to accompany these natural movements.
3rd Generation NLP offers ideas and models for inner processes and alludes not only to the cognitive mind but affects the field and somatic minds as well.
Participants will learn practical skills and principles for managing life with more ease and resourcefulness.
Participants will experience how it feels to view their lives as a ”hero´s journey” and find the call to action present in events and challenges they face.
