NLPe – The Reformed NLP

We understand and use NLP in a systemic and integrative way. We thus balance one-sided aspects of the conventional concept and consistently align our work with a humanistic idea of man.

We do not believe in formulistic formats and processes, but in a process-oriented creation and use of alternatives. This enables more individual and effective ways to solutions. It is important for us to systemically understand a person as part of his/her social relationships, affiliation and exchange. While the American model often only stresses one side, we are looking for balance, such as the balance between "leading" and "being led ", between fixed formats and choosing according to the situation, between conscious and unconscious processing, between orienting on models and creating something unique. Human beings will not find all resources that help them lead a fulfilled life within themselves, but also in the world to which they belong.

For years now, we have been enhancing the methods and models of NLP and have added important systemic principles. Thus, NLP can freely develop its real potential. The formerly used term "programming" for "P" in NLP was not doing justice to this way of thinking and working. We thus interpret the term NLP as "Neuro-Linguistic Process Development" (German: Neuro-Linguistische Prozessentwicklung - NLPe). We understand "Process Development" as the designing and accompanying of processes of learning and communication.

NLPe examines the reciprocal relations among fundamental aspects of life as they affect each other. This includes relations among:

• people in all situations of life and kinds of relationship
• thinking, acting and perceiving
• expression, language and experience
• past, presence and future
• inner parts of a personality
• values, beliefs, abilities, self-image and affiliation.

From all this, NLPe can derive new and effective models and alternatives for personal and professional development and communication.

Our NLPe trainings meet the guidelines of the following associations and can be certified appropriately:

If, after completing the NLP Trainer training, you want to become a trainer yourself and if you want to register as a trainer in order to give your own trainings, ths will require additional work, for instance the assistance in NLP trainings.
