Once again this year there is a range of attractive hotels available for you to choose from, satisfying different needs and budgets. We subdivide them in two categories:
 

Camp Hotels

Our SummerCamp hotels are predominantly or exclusively inhabited by Metaforum guests and are at the same time the location where the events, seminars, and parties of the SummerCamp take place. One of these is the monastery hotel San Marco and the Hotel Mama Margarita next door belong. All these seminar hotels provide half-board, also containing a common meal with pool party on two days. Apart from the cost covering overnight accommodation and half-board, there is an additional fee of 10.50 euro per seminar day and hotel guest charged for the supply of drinking water and catering during coffee-breaks.

Partner Hotels

In addition to this we arrange the stay in other interesting and attractive hotels for which we reserved a contingent of rooms for you. These are Hotel Ermitage and the Hotel Leonardo da Vinci which are close to the seminar centre. In these two Spa Hotels a fine half-board is also offered, in the hotel Ermitage as lunch, in the hotel to Leonardo da Vinci as dinner. On the days of the Metaforum Partybuffets the meal in Hotel Leonardo da Vinci is also served at lunchtime. You find further partner hotels and pensions in the list further below.

In contrast to the seminar hotels, prices for common meals with pool party and proportionate costs of seminar areas are not included in the partner hotels but charged here as part of the daily conference fee of 13 euro per seminar day. This includes the supply of drinking water and catering during coffee breaks and the Pool buffet and Metaforum party of the week.
 

These Pool buffets take place on the following days:

• 1st camp week on Friday (stage party)
• 2nd camp week Saturday (Future Congress party)
• 3rd camp week on Friday (Farewell party)
• 4th camp week on Tuesday (Extra party)

The price of these Pool buffets for external guests not paying one of the daily conference fees is 20 euro. There is also – always on Tuesdays – a second pool buffet costing 15 euro for participants paying the daily conference fee. On other days you have the possibility of eating dinner in Hotel San Marco for 15 euro.
 

By having different daily conference fees, we are simplifying the complicated system of selling tickets for meals. Who does not want to participate in a Metaforum pool buffet and party one weekend and lets us know in time can instead sign in for the buffet on Tuesdays.
 

For cases of reservations for less than 4 days the daily the daily conference fee consists of 10.50 euro.

Hotel San Marco

This hotel lets you enjoy the special atmosphere of a traditional monastery. The rooms are simply furnished and have a pretty view to the courtyard or the well-kept garden. All rooms have private bathrooms with shower and toilet.
Guests have access to the modern swimming pool with spa water, jacuzzi and solarium, which San Marco shares with the neighbouring Hotel Mamma Margherita.

The Hotel San Marco will host five of our seminars, the afternoon coffee break and will be the venue for our evening activities.

Hotel Mamma Margherita

This hotel offers simply furnished, comfortable rooms, all of which have private bathroom with shower and toilet. The rooms are also equipped with a telephone. Guests have access to the modern swimming pool with spa water, jacuzzi and solarium, which Mamma Margherita shares with the neighbouring Hotel San Marco.

Ermitage Hotel Bel Air

Whether apartments, situated amidst the green hotel park, or elegant rooms with patio, air conditioning, telephone and satellite TV, just choose the accommodation that best suits your needs. Find relaxation in the swimming pools with spa water and jacuzzi. There is one indoor swimming pool and an outdoor one from which you can enjoy the fantastic view of the Euganian Hills.

Hotel Leonardo Da Vinci
 

All the rooms, be they single, double or suites, are very comfortably furnished and fitted with private bathroom and WC, hair dryer, safe, balcony, telephone, colour television (satellite programmes) and air-conditioning.

The Hotel Leonardo Da Vinci has sports facilities directly adjacent to the hotel, offering 15,000 m2 of practice green for golf – 150 m driving range – 10 partially covered servers – putting and pitching green and a bunker. There is also a sand tennis court.

The hotel is within walking distance to the Hotel San Marco, which is about 350 metres away.
