1. Booking and Payment

The booking must be made in written. The payment of the invoice must be effected at the latest until one month before the camp/seminar begins.

2. Waiting list

The vacancies are reserved in the same order that the bookings come in. If one course is fully booked, we open a waiting list.

To facilitate the planning for you and us and for a smooth course of the event, we ask you to book in time - for the camps this means until 4 weeks and for other seminars until 15 days before seminar start.

3. Cancellations by you

A cancellation must be made in written up to 2 weeks before the seminar begins. The down payment on the seminar price, less a handling fee of € 50,-- (camps) / € 25,-- (other seminars), will be reimbursed.

In the case of a later cancellation we charge 50% of the whole seminar costs. This is in case there is no other participant named to take that vacancy.

For hotel and air fees the conditions of the hotels and airlines apply in the case of a cancellation. The closer the departure date, the higher the taxes are. We recommend a travel cancellation insurance.

4. Cancellations by us

If a seminar or course does not take place, we reimburse the payment made for that seminar, or if you wish, book another seminar for you. Further claims cannot be made.

5. Non-warranty

METAFORUM is not responsible for any harm on property or health on the arrival, the return journey or during the seminar, or for any loss of valuable items. Those participants, who currently have therapy, should in advance consult the therapist as well as METAFORUM in order to decide, if participating in a seminar is advisable. The seminar does not substitute any psychiatrical or medical treatment. Each participant is responsible for him-/herself and for his/her own actions within and outside of the seminar environment.

6. International payments

Please consider that bank fees for international money transfer always have to be paid by the applicant.

8. Discount

School and university students as well as persons with a low income can get a discount of 10% on request.

9. Proviso

All statements made are up to our present state of information and subject to alterations.
