The Evolution of Consciousness: The awakening of Genius and Generative Self
The realization of one’s deepest potential requires a transformational path of evolution and “awakening.” On this unfolding spiral, we must move through a series of destabilizing but liberating “death and rebirth” cycles, wherein each new “truth” and “reality” gives way to a more generative path. This seminar will combine Stephen Gilligan’s work in the area of Generative Self and Robert Dilts’ developments in the area of third generation NLP in order to explore skills and methods for cultivating this process. Special focus will be on Gregory Bateson’s “Learning Level 4,” an evolutionary shift in which identity is simultaneously a generative unified field and a quantum self. The workshop will suggest ways for not only developing this transcendent consciousness, but also for utilizing it in practical situations of real time (e.g., professional and personal lives).
Stephen Gilligan and Robert Dilts were students together in the original NLP groups, sharing Gregory Bateson and Milton Erickson as mentors. While each has developed his own unique path, their collaborative teachings over the past ten years have been remarkable and creative events.
Speaker: Robert Dilts, U.S. and Stephen Gilligan, U.S.

From Coach to Awakener
In the beginning coaching was more focused at a behavioral level. Today we need coaching that is more focused on achieving outcomes on a range of levels: capabilities, beliefs, values, identity, spirit, etc.
The complementary group of competencies, caretaking, guiding, coaching, teaching, mentoring, sponsoring and awakening, define a skill set of coaching.
Many situations as a coach will require a combination of tools, skills and types of support. Workshop participants will become familiar with essential elements of the tool set every effective coach needs to manage the entire scope of today's coaching activities.
Speaker: Robert Dilts, U.S.

When Buddha, Freud, and Erickson Talk: Explorations in Generative Change
It has been suggested that one of the most interesting conversations of our time is between Freud and Buddha; that is, the Western emphasis on personal development and therapy as a path for happiness, and the Eastern emphasis on spiritual and mindbody traditions that allow higher consciousness beyond ego identification. A third approach is the hypnotic healing states pioneered by Milton Erickson, which in many ways are able to do both at the same time. This workshop explores a model for integrating these different approaches into a unitary model that suggests when and how to “go beyond” the problem, when and how to “work through” (i.e. transform) the problem, and when and how to use both in a complementary manner.
Speaker: Stephen Gilligan, U.S.

Coaching for conviviality
The concept of using Conviviality - acknowledging and respecting others with whom we relate as a legitimate other - for personal and organizational development came from a group of consultants and change agents working together in Brazil in the beginning of the decade 2000 and draws from roots of the concept com from diverse sources such as Martin Buber, Ivan Illich, Jurgen Habermas, Humberto R. Maturana and Francisco J. Varela, The Rio Abierto System of Human Development and Neurolinguistic Process Development. Arline Davis was part of the founding group that developed the Brazilian school of Conviviality and has gone on as a coach to explore the knowledge, skills and attitudes that allow people and organizations to evolve and become fully present relationships in five dimensions: self, others, the marketplace, society and the planet.
Speaker: Arline Davis, Brasil, U.S.

Therapeutic and Consulting Magic
Consultation Magic is a fascinating approach to get into contact with children, youths and adults in order to initiate solution processing in a magical atmosphere.
We thereby attach the language of hypnotherapy with the art of magic to create an environment with a very rich variety of resources. This technique is applicable and approved in coaching and trainings, in schools, in consulting centers, in doctor’s offices, in hospitals to manage present psychological burdens.
In the course of the Future Congress we will give a small magical overall view of this method. We will awaken the resources of our participants with the power of magic by performing magic tricks joined with solution orientated symbols and stories – some of them for you to takeaway.
Speaker: Corinna Ladinig, Germany,
Gabi Klim, Germany and

Realizing Desires with the "Activation of the Creative Order"
In order to strengthen and consolidate wishes we use the process of the “Activation of the Creative Order “ ( ACO ) formed by the famous NLP-Developer Dr. Robert McDonald. We will explain and demonstrate this process in our seminar. ACO establishes a great optimism and a deep confidence concerning the fact that the desired future will be as real as the past we have experienced. These are the most important emotions we need to transport our wishes into reality.
We have the approval of Dr. Robert McDonald to exercise this process.

Experimental NLP
Being a scientist in 1977 I only had a theoretical interest in psychotherapy and hypnosis. In this connection I became acquainted with NLP and also started occupying myself with the practical application of NLP.
After 30 years of work with clients and various different NLP-Methods you can consider this as a clinical experiment. The repetition of the same steps allows insights of great statistic relevance. NLP as a psychological experiment leads to various interesting and enlightening conclusions and theoretical statements. About learning and forgetting, about consciousness and unconsciousness and about the patterns concerning creation and change of beliefs.
Speaker: Lucas Derks, Netherlands

Stress – a gift of god and a piece of devilry
This seminar wants to increase the social psychological, psychodynamic and political economic awareness of the serious problem that more and more people break down psychologically due to today’s working conditions and can suffer lasting damage.
In this association the leading therapy and coaching culture must ask itself how high its contribution to an increasing stress level is.
Coaches and therapists will become an explaining model of why apparently minor stress burdens can lead to serious working caused, post traumatical disturbances of steadiness.
Speaker: Michael Moeller Rumpf, Germany, Austria, Denmark
