NLP-e Master Practitioner
In our Master training the Practitioner training content is taken up, deepened and taken to a new level of competence. The independent work of the participants gains greater importance. Integrative Coaching
As a development-oriented accompanying process of individuals and groups, Coaching can be based on different structures and methods. Our aim is to make the principles of the most important and most effective individual methods available for you and we allow for the integration of these methods into a comprehensive, holistic system of order. This will lead you to a new level of competence. We will use advanced models of NLP, Systemic Short-Term Therapy and Constellation Work. This training-course consists of three complementary weeks, which you may book separately or as one.

Constellation Work for Families
Systemic Family Constellations were developed by Bert Hellinger who worked out their inherent "Orders of Love". Gunthard Weber and others extended it by constellations in organizational and other contexts. Matthias Varga von Kibéd and Insa Sparrer developed these concepts further into "Systemic Structure Constellations" and provided a clear methodological and theoretical background. References to hypnotherapy, solution-oriented work, sculpture work by Satir and System Constellations are explicitly integrated into this training.
