Leading Groups
In the Trainer training you will broaden your teaching and communication skills. Authenticity and the growth of the trainer personality are the main focus of this seminar. Systemic Coaching

Constellation Work for Families
Systemic Family Constellations were developed by Bert Hellinger who worked out their inherent "Orders of Love". Gunthard Weber and others extended it by constellations in organizational and other contexts. Matthias Varga von Kibéd and Insa Sparrer developed these concepts further into "Systemic Structure Constellations" and provided a clear methodological and theoretical background. References to hypnotherapy, solution-oriented work, sculpture work by Satir and System Constellations are explicitly integrated into this training.
