Training Part 2: Systemic Structure Constellation Work

In Systemic Constellation Work, inner structures and patterns of relationships, whether family structures or other patterns, are projected on representatives in the outer space. This dissociated representation enables the client to view the inner structure anew and a beneficial process of change follows.

This process of change is carried out via the perception of the representatives. Under the guidance of the host and verified by the other representatives' reactions, they take up new spatial positions (structural work) and enter into a respectful and resolving exchange with one another (process work). This often involves topics, such as acknowledging what is, esteem, inclusion of what has been forgot and return of the adopted. The aim of constellation work is solving involvements, separating mixtures and including formerly excluded parts of the system in order to enable the client to achieve integration on a higher level than before.

Systemic Family Constellations were developed by Bert Hellinger who worked out their inherent "Orders of Love". Gunthard Weber and others extended it by constellations in organizational and other contexts. Matthias Varga von Kibéd and Insa Sparrer developed these concepts further into "Systemic Structure Constellations" and provided a clear methodological and theoretical background. References to hypnotherapy, solution-oriented work, sculpture work by Satir and System Constellations are explicitly integrated into this training.
