Insa Sparrer (Germany)
Insa Sparrer has been working as a freelance psychotherapist since 1989. In 1994 she founded the "SySt - Institut für systemische Ausbildung" (Academy for Systemic Training) together with Matthias Varga von Kibéd.

At the heart of her work is the combination of antithetical therapeutic techniques in theory and practice, such as systemic-phenomenological approaches.
Together with Professor Matthias Varga von Kibéd she developed the solution-oriented Systemic Structural Constellations.
