Dr. Fred Gallo, clinical psychologist, is widely recognized for his leadership and accomplishments in the areas of Energy Psychology, efficient psychotherapy and trauma. He is referred to as the father of Energy Psychology since he not only coined the term but introduced a variety of methods in this area. Starting in 1992 with the question: "How do people think about other people?", the Dutch social psychologist and NLP trainer Lucas Derks developed his Social Panorama Model, which integrates all aspects of social relationships covert by NLP.

Carlos Henrique is an engineer of industrial mechanics who also studied social science at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. He trained in systemic coaching at the Institute for the Development of Human Potential and has researched human behavior for twenty years.

Dr. Brigitte Michaelis is a physician, natural healer, systemic therapist, and supervisor. She has specialized in Applied Kinesiology, Hypnotherapy, and NLP, and works as a teacher of Energy Psychology (F. Gallo), Touch for Health, and Educational Kinesiology.

Insa Sparrer has been working as a freelance psychotherapist since 1989. In 1994 she founded the "SySt - Institut für systemische Ausbildung" (Academy for Systemic Training) together with Matthias Varga von Kibéd. At the heart of her work is the combination of antithetical therapeutic techniques in theory and practice, such as systemic-phenomenological approaches.

Together with Professor Matthias Varga von Kibéd she developed the solution-oriented Systemic Structural Constellations.

Matthias Varga von Kibéd has been teaching philosophy, logic, the philosophy of science, and systemic set theory at the universities of Munich, Vienna, Graz, Konstanz, Göttingen, Tübingen, Ljubliana, Maribor, and elsewhere. In addition he successfully teaches systemic counseling and systemic therapy in different European institutes for consulting training and psychotherapy.

Together with Insa Sparrer he developed the solution-oriented Systemic Structural Constellations.
