About the presenters

Insa Sparrer has been working as a freelance psychotherapist since 1989. In 1994 she founded the "SySt - Institut für systemische Ausbildung" (Academy for Systemic Training) together with Matthias Varga von Kibéd. At the heart of her work is the combination of antithetical therapeutic techniques in theory and practice, such as systemic-phenomenological approaches.

Professor Matthias Varga von Kibéd has been teaching philosophy, logic, the philosophy of science, and systemic set theory at the universities of Munich, Vienna, Graz, Konstanz, Göttingen, Tübingen, Ljubliana, Maribor, and elsewhere. In addition he successfully teaches systemic counseling and systemic therapy in different European institutes for consulting training and psychotherapy.

Insa Sparrer and Professor Matthias Varga von Kibéd developed the solution-oriented Systemic Structural Constellations.
