Content
Over the last years, marked by rapid and global social change, discourses on values have played an increasingly central role in consulting processes in institutions and companies. Such discourses can be either abstract and theoretical or very personal. In both cases there is the risk of low relevance to the company's daily routines and policies.
In "Shifting into Practice" we will introduce you to useful consulting strategies such as methodic diversity, conceptual and intuitive flexibility, special competencies, and navigational skills. We will discuss how the ideals and models taught in training institutes and universities can be integrated into the requirements of practical consulting.
In a mini leadership studio, we will describe how we think and feel and how we wish to attain our goals. Furthermore, we will develop implementation strategies.
German presentation, English interpreting depending on the audience.
