Dr. Agata Danis will present practical examples of intercultural coaching and case studies of multicultural projects involving trainers and managers. She will talk about management styles, communication, confidence building, motivation, and other issues from a multicultural point of view. Her purpose is to give you an understanding of the diversity of communication styles and the existing array of opinions about motivation, critique, feedback, and conflict resolution.

About the presenter

Dr. Agata Danis is a management consultant, international trainer, and coach with many years of management experience. She has led and implemented major international projects in eleven counties in eastern/western Europe and Asia (Indonesia).

At her own consulting firm in Vienna, called InConsulting: Coaching and Consulting for Intercultural Management, she trains and coaches in four languages, focusing on international management and personal development.
