Life is full of systemic relationships and we bring to these relationships our model of the world, beliefs, strategies, somatic syntax, symbols, experiences and expectations. In the Spin on the Wheel of Life seminar, participants will explore how they experience each of the following areas of their lives: Environment and Personal Organization, Leisure, Health, Finances, Career, Relationships, Personal Development and Spirituality.

The seminar will focus on solutions instead of problems and promotes creative, generative processes that raise expectations, while maintaining an authentic connection to self.

As well as using NLPe and Coaching tools, Arline will work with her "Movement & Response Method" which uses music, movement and gestures, as well as verbal, symbolic and plastic expression to bring forth from within personal resources for our personal and professional life projects.
